The Challenge We Help Solve
Today's Catholic parishes face growing communications demands while often operating with limited staff, time, and resources. As digital engagement has become essential to building community and supporting evangelization, many parishes are working hard to keep pace.
Key challenges include:
Limited communications capacity. Communications responsibilities are often assigned to staff members who already manage multiple roles and priorities, leaving little time for strategic planning and consistent outreach.
Technology and digital expertise gaps. Many parishes lack dedicated communications professionals with the technical expertise needed to effectively manage websites, social media, email platforms, and emerging digital tools.
Declining engagement and offertory participation. Over the past two decades, many Catholic communities have experienced declines in Mass attendance and active parish participation, creating additional financial and ministry challenges.
Underutilization of exceptional Catholic resources. Thousands of high-quality Catholic resources—including videos, podcasts, devotionals, educational content, and prayer tools—are available through trusted organizations. Yet many parishioners remain unaware of these resources because they are not consistently integrated into parish communications.
Inconsistent digital presence. Without a coordinated communications strategy, messaging across websites, social media, email, and parish management platforms can become fragmented, making it more difficult to engage current parishioners and welcome new ones.
Our goal is to help parishes strengthen their digital presence, communicate more effectively, deepen parishioner engagement, and advance the Church's mission through strategic, mission-driven communications.
